Huevos Rellenos de Atun | Clean Eating Recipe



Hola a todos! Hoy les vengo a compartir otra receta facil, rapida y ademas saludable! Huevos rellenos de atun.
Lo que vas a necesitar son huevos cocidos, atun enlatado, jitomate, cebolla, pepino, yogurt natural y un poquito de albahaca.
Escurre el agua del atun, agrega el yogurt  (o mayonesa),  agrega el jitomate, la  cebolla y el pepino -todo finamente picado-, revuelve hasta que quede todo integrado. Despues corta los huevos duros por mitades y elimina la yema. El paso final es el mas facil, rellena los huevos con la ensalada de atun que acabas de hacer y pon unas hojitas de albahaca encima para darle mas color.

Hello everyone! Today I have for you another easy, healthy and also quick recipe. Tuna stuffed hard-boiled eggs.
You are going to need: some hard boiled eggs, caned tuna, tomato, onion, cucumber, plain yogurt and some basil.
Drain the extra water from your tuna, add the yogurt (or mayo), add the tomato, onion and cucumber -all finely chopped- and mix all together. Now cut the eggs in halves and take off the egg yolk. The final step is the easiest, put some of the tuna salad that you just made inside the egg, put some basil leaves on top to give it some extra flavor and color.

Remember that you can play with different ingredients, I am here just to give you some ideas.

Mediterranean Cherry Tomato Salad



Ingredients:
Cherry tomatoes
Celery
Bell pepper
Onion
Basil leaves
Sunflower seeds
Extra virgin olive oil
Apple cider vinegar 

Preparation:
Chop all the ingredients and place them in a bowl.
Add olive oil, basil and vinegar.
Top with some sunflower seeds and enjoy.
