Quinoa Con Leche | Clean Eating Recipe


Inspired by the arroz con leche but looking for a healthier alternative, this is what I came up with.

Quinoa Con Leche (for 1 portion)

Ingredients:
1/4 cup of Quinoa
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
Stevia/Truvia
Raw almonds

Preparation:
In a pan place the quinoa and almond milk.
Cook using medium to low heat for about 15 minutes or until the quinoa it's soft.
Then sweeten it with stevia or even honey and add some raw almonds on top.

Serve and enjoy.
