Mediterranean Cherry Tomato Salad

Cherry tomatoes
Bell pepper
Basil leaves
Sunflower seeds
Extra virgin olive oil
Apple cider vinegar 

Chop all the ingredients and place them in a bowl.
Add olive oil, basil and vinegar.
Top with some sunflower seeds and enjoy.
